    type 1 diabetes and losing fat

    im type 1 diabetic and been trying so hard for months to cut, its extremely difficult with injecting insulin all day, any diabetic here have any advice on diet or how to manipulate insulin for better fat loss? ive upped my cardio and protein, andonly eat low gi carbs, only eat sweet stuff once in a while and very little to get rid of cravings

    im on novorapid and insulatard

    Are you eating enough healthy fats? This will help to control insulin too. So use olive oil, avocados, nuts, olives etc to your advantage. Try to keep most carbs, except veggies/low GI fruit, as low as possible.
