    CoCo Wheats

    Does anyone know if coco wheats is good complex carbs, I want to add it to my breakfest of 4egg white and 2whole eggs.. Looking for a change

    i do not like coco so much in breakfast. it forms gas in my stomach.

    Doesn't seem like the worst thing, then again I love my oatmeal!

    Just make oatmeal with some spenda,cocoa powder,vanilla extract and you got a bangging complex carb,

    I usally have this every morning its cheap and gets me though my morning training,eat other things along with it but thats the foundtion to it.
