Yes it's perfectly normal to be hungry after a PWO shake. The carbs replenish glycogen stores and the whey protein which digest at a rapid rate, is for muscle protein synthesis which is stimulated by the BCAA Lucine acting on the mTOR pathway. So yea, it's a good idea to follow it up with a solid meal.

No minimum on carbs, minimum on whey protein is probably around 25grms just so you get enough Lucine in to stimulate protein synthesis.

No. Just make sure you get lots of water. Water and a piece of fruit as a snack to hold you over until your meal, which should have plenty of carbs to replenish lost glycogen.
