    What are some good and easy diet plans and workouts?

    I'm not overweight but certainly would not like to get there so does anyone know of any effective yet easy diet and workout plans?

    I was overweight at one point too. The first diet and workout protocol I used was abs diet. In hindsight it was exactly what I needed. I was 250 and prolly over 30% bodyfat. Drank malt liquor every day and smoked newports. Now I'm 210 11% bf. this took me a little better than a year to achieve. I also was in jail for 100 days and that really messed up my progress.

    A great basic program is Bill Philips' BODY FOR LIFE book. Great coverage of both diet & training programs w/ flexible food choices.
