    How much can we take

How much can our body's consume?
I mean I was told shakes are better at 25g of protein because it's fast acting and around 35g of food per meal? I want to know what about fats? And carbs? I think carbs are about 60 and fats 40 ?

I normally aim for 50g in each meal? Thanks guys

    For protein read this:
    Biggest protein myths debunked

Carbs- divide your total daily intake into breakfast-preworkout meal-pwo shake-postworkout meal.

Fats- split them in the rest of the meals.

I don't know that there's one specific "right" way to split up your macros. There's all sorts of discussion of what is "optimal" but as far as I've seen there's no scientifically backed and verified "The One Number".

Rule of thumb most of my trainers over the years have used (from local to pro level) is 35 g protein per sitting (meal) for women, up to 50 g protein for men.

Its a rule of thumb, its not a scientific fact.
