    The New Abs Diet Cookbook...

    Hi
    I just wanted to know what you guys think about the recipes in the The New Abs Diet Cookbook? are they worth making for somebody that workouts and wants to cut body fat and keep muscle mass? thanks

    I don't know anything about that cookbook, but generally I think the closer you stay to real & clean food, and then use spices / seasoning to get the flavor, the better off you are. You can probably find recipes for most anything you want online as well. I.e. free. As long as you have a pretty good idea of the macros that go into whatever meal you have, you can adjust the protein to the levels appropriate to maintain muscle mass for your weight.
