    Help in making a vegan protein bar

    I'm in need of some help making a vegan protein bar I'm trying to get around 25 g per bar with sound 250 cal! I eating clif builder bars that have 21 g and 270 cal! Plus id like to not have to refrigerate it! Ive have some in the past i just had to refrigerate them I'm just trying to have control over all the ingredients I eat!

    All my recipes are refrigerator bars...beef with the fridge???

    Not really I just make like a months worth at a time and they tend to go bad sitting in the fridge! And if you freeze them I've found they don't taste the same! I'll try them what type of recipes do you have

    Actually I want vegan because it is better for my body and for the planet!
