weigh 170 use to be 190/need nutrition info to bulk up fast

2 years ago I was up to 190 and just started lifting again. Trying to bulk up fast i have gotten some gain already of 8 lbs. At 170 and 5'11" how many calories, fats, and protein grams should i be taking in a day? I think muscle memory should play a positive factor in me bulking back up. 4 days ago I started H-drol at 50mg. Is water intake important for weight gain or not?

Caloric needs are dependent on the individual so it's hard to really tell you what you need just by what you said...Gotta factor in metabolism and your activity level as well.
