    Bulking diet.

    Weight: 171
    Maintenance: 2565
    Bulking: 3065

    Per Day
    Protein: 306g
    Carbs: 306g
    Fats: 68g

    40:40:20 Split



    First meal:
    5X whole eggs / 100G of oats
    Due to time that's preworkout aswell
    Gym
    Second meal: 400G chicken breast/ 50G brown rice
    Third meal: 400G chicken breast / 100g brown rice

    Also I eat pistachio nuts and olive oil on everything

    This is a diet that's easy for me to cook and make taste isn't great but it's easy to make
    But it's a horrid diet any tips

    Critique it yourself.

    Stay on it of a few weeks, look in the mirror & if you like or dislike the results adjust accordingly.

    Myself, I prefer to drink more protein than stuff all that chicken in my face.

    Try breaking up your meals into six smaller ones.

    I'm like the previous guy. I drink most of mine. But that is partly to do with my dietary choice and partly the amount of time I have available to eat.
