    Tweaking my intake.

This is me: 190lbs and 5'8" BF still too high for my taste. I know some of this is trial and error. I don't have that much free time. My week is like this:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I lift. No cardio. Tuesday and Thursday I do cardio and abs.

I currently eat minimal carbs and about 160 - 180 proteins six times per day.

I want to add cardio to the other three days and possibly Saturday. I am shooting for around 10% BF.

    My question is this:
If I add the cardio, how much more protein should I add to compensate for muscle loss/protein being used as fuel?

I understand the challenges in trying to add LBM while cutting BF. Anyone that has had some experience with this and could give me some help by sharing their experience would be great.

I am eventually going to cycle my bulk and cut phases but still need to drop some BF before I start.

No suggestions? OK, trial and error it will be.
