    will this diet work?

goal- cut fat, keep/gain strength and size
current weight- 205lbs, goal weight 175
    height- 6,3'

meal 1- 5 eggs, 2 pita breads (33grams carb each, 7grams protein each)
    meal 2- 8oz of lean beef/meat/chicken/fish. 2 pita breads
meal 3- same as meal 2

food will be pan fried with oliveoil.. if its chicken, i will add some mayo. also going to get some canned tomatoes, green peppers, onions, etc. to add to most meals

macros will be about 66 grams carb each meal, 50 grams protein each meal, and 30 grams fat each meal. for a grand total of 2200 calories

fasting 16 hours of the day, 4 hours between meals. Lots of water.

well give it a try but it looks like the cals. are way to low for 205 pounds. you should start to diet at around 2500 cals ed and then drop when the wieght starts to come down. Add more to each meal.

    1. Is not fasting if you are eating throughout the day.
    2. Carbs in every meal?
    3. Mayo on chicken?
    4. 3 meals?
    5. No EFAs?
    6. Low protein

    There you go.

Be carefull!!!! I would add more calories, not that I am an expert but I have just finished being on a lo cal diet (1200 cals) and I lost some weight and allot o muscle..to be honest I think it was mainly muscle, now I look very thin and am underweight but when I look in the mirror I am fat, this is skinny fat it means I have lost too much muscle and left with a high body fat %, so all I can advise is increase calories, I am 133 lbs and 5ft10 and I have started eating 2600 calories when working out.

Pita gets digested to fast, you better eat some oatmeal instead. With this kind of slow carbs you'll have a lot of energy and it protects your muscles from being catabolic.... all day if you have a meal every 4 hours.
