I find I get constipated if I eat more than 2-3 eggs a day so try to vary my protein sources - mainly from red meat, chicken, salmon, tuna, Greek yogurt and nuts.

Your right there are! I get so sick of them when eaten scrambled. Lately I fry up 1 whole egg and 1 egg white in a pan, add a slice of ffree cheese and some pepper and wrap up in an almost carb less wheat tortilla. Also in to making egg salad w/ ffree mayo and emeril lagasse honey mustard...good stuff!!!

Now,getting back to the topic .....approx 2 whole eggs and 6-8 egg whites a day!!!
