Drink plenty of water before & during going out. Staying well hydrated helps considerably when you social drink and eat crappy foods.

You'll be fine, and you should always be drinking plenty of water anyway. As Too old said, especially when drinking, this will help ward off a hangover.

Drink LOTS of water. If you have time and nothing to do, use the hotel gym. Do pushups and bodyweight exercises in the hotel room at night or in the morning. Also, make sure to eat a filling breakfast with lots of fiber so you can't stuff yourself with too much junk later!
