    Cheatin is good

Last 5 months was a 500 cal. deficit.

I just got off a 6 day layoff from everything gym and nutrition related. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted when I was hungry. I didn't monitor cals or carbs or protein intake, nothin! My protein intake was shit.

I ate a lot of pie and dressing and a few beer's and even ice cream. Ate whataburger late at night once and lot's of grilled cheese's and chocolate milk. I figured I would have gained a few pounds.

Turns out I was still 185lbs. (same weight as last week) at the gym today. I was surprised. NO visible fat gain or muscle loss. I just "felt" fuller. Like my energy stores were filled all the way up and were about to spill over. So today started my diet/training again.

I guess I raised my leptin levels and my metabolism got kicked into gear again I would be hungry throughout the week.

Nice binge! Although I do advocate some more control - try to get some better carbs and proteins in there though. i.e. more burgers (with lettuce tomato etc), less beer
