    Low Carb Training

    Hey,

I was wondering if any of you have experimented with Wasa as part of a Low Carb diet? I work with Wasa so I have a lot of it around and was thinking about incorporating it into my diet. I would love to hear any thoughts any one has on this.

    Thanks!

Wasa is like a low carb cracker. I've heard people use it as a low carb substitute for bread, as part of their diet. I've linked to the website below. Let me know if any of you get a chance to try it!

A low carb diet surely helps you to lose weight just because that restricts certain carbs to help you lose weight.

A low carb diet should be one that focuses your carb intake around your training sessions, so that you never have to train without carbs.

If you are simply low carbing, then go for it. Not very optimal for a ketogenic diet though. Some find that their training is not affecting when carbs are lower, and others hate it. See what works for you. Also, you don't necessarily need to low carb if you are trying to lose fat, you can simply eat below your maintenance calories on any macro ratio.

Wasa Bread is okay at best for moderately low carb dieting, but for more strict diets it won't help your macros. However, if you must have carbs, try to fit thhem in just before or immediately after workouts.

What kind of low-carb diet are you talking about? Either way, (back to the original question) training during a low carb diet is always a challenge (sucks).
