    Cheesy Beef and Sausage Bake

Looking for a quick and easy dinner dish? This keto friendly bake incorporates the perfect low carb, high fat keto foods (meat, sausage and cheese) ! Feel free to play around with different cheeses or even add some bacon! Just a side note, the aidelle brand of sausages is AMAZING! They have a chicken apple sausage that will blow your mind! (Didn’t use it in this recipe because it’s sweet and I wasnt sure how the sweetness would taste with the cheese)

    Ingredients:
    1lb Ground Beef (I used 85/15)
1 Sausage (I used Aidelles Italian with Mozzarella)
    1 Cup Egg Whites
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Tbsp Whipped Chive Cream Cheese
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and cook sausage

    3. In a bowl beat together egg whites, egg and cream cheese

    4. When beef and sausage are done cooking, add to a greased baking dish and pour egg mixture on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese

    5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has browned

    6. Cut into 4 portions and serve!
