don't skimp on fats, you need them to help your body burn fat. So eat avocados, olive oil, nuts, olives etc. Also don't skimp on protein - get fatty fish at least twice weekly and other protein sources in most meals (Greek yogurt, chicken, turkey, meat, eggs, protein powder). Eat enough vegetables that you don't get constipated so aim for 5-7 servings veg/salad per day and vary the types.

Steak, fish, chicken, turkey, bison, I drew a tag this year, so there will be venison in a couple of weeks, some shell fish, octopus, when we can find it, ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken, pork. When in a ruch, or between meal snack a good low carb protein shake.

With supper only Carbs, green leafy veggies, broccoli, yams or sweet potato 1 cup brown rice, avocado (mainly for the fat).

I learned, you are really limited by your imagination. Google "low carb recipies" you will be swamped by what you find.

How do you know you're "carb sensitive"? Hypoglycemia?
