So Far:
Meal One: 3 8" waffles / powdered sugar / syrup / 8oz. orange juice / 25g Whey.
Meal Two: 25g Whey / 8 bagels (plain)
Meal Three: 25g Whey / 6 bagels (plain)
Meal Four: 50g Whey / 6 bagels
...........it's not even 11:30am and I'm still hungry. 3 more meals to go.

why are you carbing up you dieting?
I usually get out of control around the holidays with eating bad stuff. I promised myself a nice set of abs as a gift until the end of the year, I think I might actually make it until then.
Cardio 6-7 times a week for 45 mins a session. Chicken and veggies 6 days a week, 7th day is for eating.
I've also drank 2 liters of water along with all of that and have yet to use the bathroom. Think the body is soaking all that up?
Meal 5: 4 bagels / 25g whey
Drank a third liter of water and only went pee once.
Weight this AM: 225.4lbs
Meal 6: 8oz. sweet potato / 3/4 cup oats / 6oz. beef.
Weight this AM: 231.4lbs
7lbs of glycogen and water, that seems like a TON in 24 hours.
