What's the deal with Herbal Tea?
I know green tea has antioxidants. But is there any benefit from drinking herbal tea? Or is it just flavored water?

Depends what the herb(s) that are in it are? Many have medicinal qualities!

Many drugs also originate from herbs.

There's nothing wrong with Splenda, that we know of...yet. That is, until Dr P up there get's a hold of it. I'm sure he'll post an article soon that says splenda causes blindness, or something.
