    Collard Greens Anyone?

On paper, collard greens seem to be pretty good for what it's worth. I mean it cost anywhere from .39-.59 cents/bunch depending on the day. Just wondering if anybody else throws this in their routine or feel like discussing their view on it. Thanks everyone...

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I love collards....high in vitamins A and K. Actually 4 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbs, and around 50 calories per cup.

I eat them a couple of times per week.

Great when cooked healthy. The whole brassica family of greens is pretty good - kale, brussels sprouts, mustard greens, collard greens, cauliflower, etc.
