    3 Large whole eggs scrambled with 2 strips of bacon fried in butter.

    whey shake first thing,then 6 egg whites and 1 cup of oatmeal with alittle orange juice.

    1 scoop myogenix with water and banana

    45 mins or so later
    6-8 eggs w 2-3 yolks either scrambled with some bell peppers or hard boiled.
    1/2 cup steel cut oats with cinnamon, few blueberries mixed in.
    3-5 strips turkey bacon
    2-3 cups coffee during this time also.
