HELP ME OUT (all opinions are welcomed)

Stats:6'1 175 10% body fat (in football season as a RB)
Now: Im about 188-192 probably 13-16% body fat. Not really for sure but ive always been lean
Genetics: (figure i would put this on here cuz it seems to be important when discussed)My dad is like 5'9 but jacked at 215he taught me how to eat properly. My family is natrually strong (farm boy )
    Lifts: Bench 250 225x4
    Squats 385 315x6
    Deadlift 400 315x8
Goal: I want to be a jacked 200 so ill probably have to get up to about 210 or 215.
Training: 4x week Monday Heavy bench (or Incline) tuesday deadlift and heavy shrugs Thurs squats (sometimes heavy other times good weight with reps) Friday barbel curls
This isnt all the exercises performed but these are the main ones. But I did this for about 7 weeks and now im begining to not gain anymore and its fuckin with my head lol..i wanna try the blood and guts by dorian lifting routine but idk what to do for sure.. Need advice here

Supplements: Multivitamin, whey protein, iso mass xtreme gainer,

This is what i think i need to get to 215 without really being a fatass... creature after with grape juice , jacked or nitrox2 PWO, whey protein AFTER, Do u think i need both of jacked and nitrox 2 since the nitrox 2 is a nitric oxide Shit ton of protein and carbs

    Any advice is helpful

If you really want to be gaining lbm, you should be consuming close to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

Train hard and eat big. The size that you want will come with time. The best advice I can give is stay consistent.
