    Default Naughty Confessions

Well Gents tomorrow is Christmas. Honey Glazed Ham, Crescent rolls, cornbread muffins, good old buttermilk biscuits, stuffing, buttered mashed potatoes, Candy Yam with Marshmallows of course, Christmas candies and some type of cake of your choice, now who is going to stick to a good diet and not going to cheat at all??? Maybe a few of you, but if you like me then you are going to be a warm blooded male and eat. If you not going to grub out please ensure you post that you not, because I will promised to send you a play by play of all the food that I eat for you!

I hope that no one is during a re-comp, cutting or contest prep, and if you are I wish you the best of luck on your disclipline and much respect I have for you for staying dedicated fort it!!! I have been sinical enough so I will be positive for you and tell you that I 100%, have full confidence in, and know without a doubt in my mind that I am going to grubbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb out on all of it. LOL. Ok I am sorry but I had to. I just wanted to get all my MC family smiling and wish you all a Merry Christmas!!!

I have just started training but was on a diet before bulking which was a very low cal diet and lost all my muscle, been ages since I had anything sweet or NICE, I thought to myself Im 18, if I dont enjoy now I never will so before I start my CLEAN bulking diet I am going to stuff myself on christmas, allready stuffed myself on christmas eve with loads of chocolate....why did chocolate have to be the most common present...im a beginner so I think I will get a bit of loss while geting my newb gains

HAVE A NICE CHRISTMAS IT ONLY COMES ONCE A YEAR!

Ahh, CHRISTMAS DINNER, never felt so full in my life...luckily it was mainly protein based apart from those carbs in the mash, I made the clever choice and went for the veg and lean meats mainly because I know there is desert still to come...I still ate a hell of a lot today.

I went to the gym twice on Friday to burn up as much glycogen as possible and leave my muscles in a glucose-hungry state. So I ate yesterday and today with no guilt.

Ok, maybe a little guilt. Meat, potatoes, good carbs for the most part, although I did indulge in Christmas cookies and cheesecake.

I always take a bit of a break during the holidays. That being said, the main goal is to get through Thanksgiving and X-mas without too much weight gain, as that is my natural tendency. Five pounds or less is considered a success. I'll start working on losing it in earnest after the first of the year.

It's all good. It's a new diet technique called "fat loading". It's "carb loading"s better half haha

Oh the holiday seasons for some of guys. Plus every where you go and do there is some type of food propagand and then the war with in and ending with a total compromise of some type of sweet for me. I mean today my mom made her home made strawberry cake, it would be unAmerican not to eat that. LOL.

Had pancakes, eggs and sausage for breakfast, not too much but enough. Had a shake for lunch to save room for dinner, which was

2 pounds of medium rare prime rib
1 giant baked potato with butter
2 huge servings of mixed veggies with butter
    4 dinner rolls
1 slab of apple pie with vanilla ice cream

Felt so full and bloated after, up now at 4am to do cardio!! Damn I love the holidays!!!
