I maintain a good healthy body...........by means of maintaining a controlled diet and drink plenty of water.

My clean bulk diet:
5:30 am 40gm whey with water
1 hour later: 3 or 4 whole eggs, & pork sausage.
10 am 40gm whey with water
11 am Chicken or beef with some veggies, maybe some starchy carbs if it's a workout day.
4 pm 40gm whey with water & some preworkout carbs if it a workout day.
5:30 workout (I like to workout on an empty stomach, just seams to work best for me)
Post workout: 40gm whey with water
About an hour later whole food meal with chicken, fish, beef, or turkey with veggies and some carbs if it's a workout day.
If I wanted to put on some more mass I'd eat some cottage cheese before bed.
