What are your macro's? IE: How much protein, carbs and fats are you eating?

Trying to figure this out last Tuesday step on scale at 187.5 work out 4 days eat 2200-2600 cal per day maint is around 2900 lifted hard to failure Friday I'm up 3lbs now in my mind I should be going down. When you tear muscle does it absorb more water during healing process. Can someone explain this to my dumb ass.

I'm getting stronger just puzzled by the quick gain figure it is water. My cloths are fitting looser but scale isn't changing much.
