    Rice cakes

    Arite,

    Was just wondering what you guys guys thought of these rice cake snacks I have the nutritional content per pack is:

    90kcal
    Protein 1.5g
    Carbs 17g of which sugar 0.4g
    Fat 1.6g saturate 0.2g
    Fibre 0.2
    Sodium 0.24g
    Equivalent as salt 0.61g

    Just as something to snack on and help with carb intake, what you recon..

    Yeah there called snak a jacks lol damn u munchies must of eat about 10 bags very mooorish lol but don't think I'll be using them as part of my diet

    yup rice cakes with some sugar and milk and some coconuts tastes so much sweet to me. it is really helpful to get more carbs in your body.

    Dry carb! I eat them before pre-judging..They taste like card board..Yumm! Good to eat w/ peanut butter- but dry- no bueno!!

    A great way to get carbs in you. So many favors now to. Can't go wrong. Such a fast acting carb great post workout if you need something as a filler not just a a carb drink.

    I eat the quaker plain (no salt-or lightly salted) That's only in contest prep though!
