I took a weeks worth (21) of pre measured protein powders in my carry on. I thought I would get asked. Just went through the scanner. But you never know with the TSA I don't belive they are consistant about anything!

Hmmm honestly never thought of it as an issue. I've carried sealed sample Paks, and carried 2 scoop ziplocs in my carry on and never had an issue. But like jag bender said u never know with TSA.

Never had a problem and I travel monthly. I've traveled with preworkout stuff as well as sample packs of protein. If I bring a tub "like a meathead" I just check the bag

Put it in an old creatine or vitamin bottle or a small plastic container if you're not taking the original container. If they ask, tell them what it is. I've traveled hundreds of times domestic and international with whey protein powder and creatine; It's not a problem.
