    Diet ?

Getting ready to run methadrol extreme 30day cycle first time cycle. I'm 43 189lb 5'8" 19% bf checked at gym. With this product should I go 500 over maintenance 3500 or stay at 3000 20/40/40 and try to recomp?

You're at 19% bf and thinking about bulking? To get where? + 20%bf? Not trying to be a dick here, but you need to get your bf% down first before thinking about bulking or even recomp, do 500kcal below maintenance with a low-carb or a CKD for some weeks.

    Thumbs up

    Congratulations on your achievement.
Been there, done that. I've lost 121lbs in 2 years and a half and went from +35% to 14% bf .

Trust me when i say that you'll have a lot better results if you cut before using methadrol, however if you're gonna use it don't bulk, at least try a recomp. Methadrol is a great partitioning agent. You won't feel that good but you'll like the results.

I would just worry more about continuing to lose the weight. Your doing great just keep consistent to a program and don't stop! Gradual changes will be made from here on out. Keep increasing your strength and keep the cardio up!
