    another stupid question.. if i workout early in the morning. should i eat my 1/3 cup oatmeal mixed with protein powder. should i eat it before or after my workout? (im trying to reduce my bf%)

    In my opinion, if you are trying to drop bf you don't want the carbs pre w/o becuase they will get in the way of your fat being used as fuel. Try haveing just the protien and maybe a little fat. After your w/o just have the protein. Then anywhere from an hou to an hour and a half after your post w/o shake you can have a meal consisting of slow burning carbs, protien and fat.

    i bought the keto cereal 22 grams of protein and 2 carbs
    we usually eat cereal with milk.... well milk got sugar! i use 1/2 scoop - 1 scoop of protein powder. tastes like chocolate milk cereal!
