    Does it matter when i eat?

    If I go gym at 6pm il only have 1 more meal after I eat 4 meals aday will it matter if I eat 3 meals then go gym then eat 1 more before bed ? I go at around 230 at the moment .. Thanks guys

    I do the same and no, I don't believe more than one meal after training is going to make a difference. I do however drink a protein shake after training before my whole food meal.

    Yh bro same here 24g of protein then as fast as I can il eat 200g of chicken with 120g of carbs ... Any1 wanting to but a good rice cooker for 20? It's new and 60 to but

    I am guessing your 120 carbs post workout are coming from rice or another form of complex carbs...

    Instead of eating 120 carbs with your chicken after your protein shake...

    Add 60g of dextrose to your protein shake post workout...

    Then after an hour eat your chicken with 60g complex carbs...

    Your body needs fast acting carbs like dextrose immediately after your workout...

    See I was thinking that but I don't have any fast acting carbs bro I mean what's best to get? I don't want a weight gainer
