Natural at the moment. Looking forward to a cycle of Cyanostane Rx after I have another month or so back in the gym. Coming off a four-month layoff. Been on a keto diet for about a week.

6'0, 243, 16%, holding a good amount of water weight.
Recomping on 500test, 50 anadrol (later working in var and working away drol), 10iu GH.
Carb cycling 3 day split high, med, low, high med, low.
Hope to be 240, 12% bf in another 10 weeks, keep quads at 26+ inches but lean them out, get calves from 17 to 17.5 and arms from 18.5/18 to 19/18.5, and see my six pack in more than just the absolute best lighting haha.

    Weight—184.3 (5’ 09”)
    BF%--- 13-15% (Volume measured at 15 when I began)
Daily Calories (& Macros) no greater than 1500 71% Protein 20% Carb 10% Fat
Cutting/Bulking—obviously I am cutting but maintaining weight and strength. 36 days in and I am dropping unwanted fat while MAINTAINING my log book—in one case even beating the book.

(Natural/Juice/PH?) I am on another S DMZ run (going to order/add some Formeron from Black Lion) and loving it.
Gathering gear for spring “clean bulk.”

Current goal is 185 and 10-12% BFAT (volume measured vs Costco scale)
