    Au Bon Pain

Man, they make this killer Arizona chicken sandwich. Boneless chicken breast with cheddar cheese, dijon mustard, lettuce, and tomato, served on sun-dried tomato bread. mmmmm-MMMMMM!

I have been excellent with my diet and workouts lately, so I rewarded myself.

I got orange chicken with rice pilaf. Closest thing i could find to low-fat, high carbs.

I really wanted a steak though
