    Acidopholus Milk

Hey guys. I have heard of all the benefits of drinking this, when it comes to digestion. I have been experiencing digestion problems and would like to try drinking a small glass in the morning OR using some in my morning oatmeal. Does anyone know if they make this in a skim milk, nonfat version? Thanks!

I don't know much about the milk, but i know you can get acidophilis in pill form (my mom used to use it).

There are some tricks for taking probiotics.....unless they are super-strains or enteric coated....alway w8 at least 30-45 minutes after a meal.....keep refrigorated or frozen.....some strains die at

.5% a day at room temp
5% per month in the frig
4% per month in the frezzer

Never buy off the shelf...always from a cooler...check the date.

Yeah, Whole Foods is basically across the street from my apartment. And they have a refrigerated section with stuff like Flax Oil etc. So, if they carry this stuff, I'm assuming it would be in this section.

Cuz it's dead or dying....it may have been on their shelf for a month or two...30% dead, and come form a distributer that stored it in a warehouse for a month or two...now it's 60% dead......and the manufacturer may have had it for a month or two...NOW IT'S MOSTLY DEAD!

    ...and worthless BTW!

oh, so, in your opinion, what should I do? If the pill form or liquid stuff you're talking about is basically crap, and reg. milk is full of fat and sugar, what are my options?
