    Arrow Minimilastic protein style diet.

    Hello,

I've started doing 20 squats, 10 pushups, and 20 jumping jacks (at home) to get rid of my belly fat. Trying to run in the mornings to work on my heart rate and also eating has gotten better (can't say it's healthy, or timely) but it's gotten better.

I've found a cheap protein list that won't be too expensive here in the Philippines (where I currently am). Now all I need to know is what should my diet be like. Since the workout is so small, the diet doesn't need to be too good either.

My goal is to lose the stomach fat, and add a little bit of bicep and lift the chest and tighten everything.

Sorry but it's the other way around: Diet is key, training is support for a good diet.

Have a shitty workout plan is no excuse to have a shitty diet.

Ok guys, thank you. I do have it wrong.
Fine then, given the limited potential of diet, what can be fixed? I'll continue with the current "workout" I have lol as it doesn't even sound like a workout..

Post up what your diet is including macro breakdown.

We can only attempt to fix it if we know what it is.

Besides what everyone else said I'd up the workout to 3x20 squats, 5x10 pushups, and at least 5x5 pullups - your body will adapt even if you do it every day and it will definitely help you lean out.
