You need more protein. You need a second meal of Chicken, Beef, Tuna something like that. I've actually found it pretty easy to offset meals, and when I say that I mean Chicken for lunch and Beef for dinner, while taking the leftovers(cook extra from dinner) for the next days lunch. Just so you're not eating whatever twice in a day. Mix up the recipes to keep things interesting and it's really no big deal. I use sites like allrecipes, and just look at the fat and calorie content. You know what you're getting from the meat.

I kinda laugh at the people who just eat say chicken and brown rice every freaking day for lunch, like how the hell does that NOT get boring and bland? Mix it up bro and you won't even notice it.

And dump that expensive ass MuscleMilk, I'm a huge fan of Syntha6, just from a taste standpoint. Yes I know it isn't the purest out there before anyone says it, but just from a drinkability standard. And through online sites it's really wallet friendly.
