Nutritional Value
When you make a home made meal - how do you figure out the total nutritional value?
I'm guessing that you add all the servings and nutritional value up for each item and then devide by the number of servings you get? Am I close?
I made the wife a tuna casserole today and was thinking about it, so I thought I'd ask.
