    Question importance of nutrition?

Now i know nutrition and diet is the most important factor in weighttraining, what i want to know is how important exactly is the portioning of p/c/f and types of carbs e.g white rice vs brown rice in determining fat loss. Now this diet obviously doesnt involve junk food, softdrinks or anything dirty like that. How important is measuring amounts of everything and calorie counting when you know that your are in caloric deficit and you aproximatley know how many calories youv consumed. How important exactly is it to have six meals a day or more. Im talking about a person whos not going into competition but just wants to look good.

Hope the question doesnt confuse you..

Well...next to the amt of calories you're taking in, what you're eating (P/C/F ratios) is just as important! So is eating frequently enough to remain in a positive state. That said..everyone is different and needs to find what works for them

You beat me...I was gonna make a general statement too...

Look at it this way....Proper Nutrition (different in specifics, same in general for everyone), not only improves health....but no mater what your goals.....it shortens the length of time that it takes to achieve them, substantiallly!
