    What about this Dr. Mercola

    Seems like a good site. Alot of info. Any opinions on his attitude towards diet and nutrition? Thanks

    For every 50lbs of weight. Carumba! Actually I enjoyed his site. I'll have to give some of his theories a shot. thanks for the reply.

    I like his site too. I found alot of info on there to help my grandparents with their diet and then there flood of questions.

    I agree, that is a great article and definetly worth checking out.

    I like Dr.Mercola's information. It is very useful and interesting.

    Beginner nutrition program

    I read it and I like what I'm seeing. One question though is as far as I can see he does not address how many calories he recommends. Anyone seen where he does and can point me in that direction?

    I find Mercola's articles very interesting! I was just wondering what everybody thought about his change in ideas on proper eating habits, with metabolic typing? Carb or Protein?
