    health valley natural foods (soup)

    I tried these the other day and they taste really good for being "health food" am i deceiving myself?

    how much sodium is in a serving? carbs? protien? fat?

    how many servings are in a can?

    its not a canned soup actually but a dried soup(add water)
    ok for lentil with cous cous soup
    2 servings

    per serving

    cal 130
    fat cal 0
    cholest 0
    sod 270 mg
    total carb 28 g
    fiber 5 g
    sugars 1 g
    protien 7 g

    all the other soups are pretty close to that as well except maybe not so high in protein..
