    Question Vegetarian Protein

Hey guys, I got a problem.

My girlfriend is a vegetarian, and has serious issues seeing me wolf down a steak to get my protein requirements

Any suggestions for a vegetarian protein intake, so's I don't have to spend any more nights on the couch?

Yea, I eat a lot of eggs and milk, but she still doesn't like it...

And before anyone says it, Yes, I know that I'm whipped as all hell. My girlfriend is hot though, so its worth it. I don't have to take my old steady girl "Hand-gela" on dates anymore...

well, my honest opinion is that if you have a conditional relationship like this where you either eat like her or she gets mad at you, then I think you have much bigger issues here to worry about.

    Exclamation

explain to her the value and need of protein & why soy sucks so much (a fact that i recently learned) so you NEED meat, eggs and dairy. where does she get her protein?
or if she aint willing to accept the facts then try to trick her by saying that whey comes from veggies !

    hope it works out

Or tell her to look the other way while you eat. That's kinda silly for her to push her beliefs on you.

Really, what's more important, your fitness goals or getting laid? Okay, let me re-phrase that. Tell her to quit being a brat, or to go find Vinney the Vegan or something. There are a lot of hot chicks out there who like meat, y'know. Okay, let me re-phrase THAT. There are a lot of non-vegitarian women out there. Jeeze.
