    1st Day of Week 2 - Help?

OK, keeping in mind that weight loss is my primary goal at this point and I have cut my carbs slowly, now that I'm in my second week is this ok?

7am - 60 minutes of tae-bo and 30 minutes of weight training with very little weight and lots of reps

EATING IMMEDIATELY AFTER - 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 scoop of protein powder and a cup of coffee w/ heavy cream no sugar.

    12pm - protein shake, 2 eggs w/ yolks, cauliflower

    3pm - protein shake w/ 1 tsp. flax and a couple strawberries.

6pm - fish fillet (Talapia), salad w/ french dressing, 1/2 cup of steamed brocolli

Do I need anymore than this?

Oh and my goal physique in the end after much hard work of course is to look like you W8LIFTER

I think you need to 1 maybe 2 more meals and you need a better variety of protein sources...not just whey protein.
    Searching for the right balance...

    You mean FAT loss right?

7am - 60 minutes of tae-bo and 30 minutes of weight training with very little weight and lots of reps

IMO...you should alternate these...or do your cardio first in the morning...then do your weight training later in the day. 1.5 hrs of exercise on empty is only burning muscle. And you should not lift weights on empty

EATING IMMEDIATELY AFTER - 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 scoop of protein powder and a cup of coffee w/ heavy cream no sugar.

Caffeine makes those oats higher in GI...so I'd switch to decaf or move the oats a later meal. On a cardio day...you could move the oats to a later meal for continued fat burning

    12pm - protein shake, 2 eggs w/ yolks, cauliflower

    3pm - protein shake w/ 1 tsp. flax and a couple strawberries.

At least 2 tsp flax...and most protein powders need 1.5 scoops to make enough protein for the meal...what's the P count per srving?

6pm - fish fillet (Talapia), salad w/ french dressing, 1/2 cup of steamed brocolli

french dressing is loaded w/ sugar. Go for an oil based dressing like newmans...and eat more veggies

Do I need anymore than this?

Yes...more meals...and as FF said...more protein sources...mustn't rely solely on whey

Oh and my goal physique in the end after much hard work of course is to look like you W8LIFTER

Thank you ...but you need to eat more

    I've been using GNC's 100% Whey Protein, I believe it's 20g of P per scoop.

So if I'm moving the oats to a later meal on cardio days for continued fat burning, what should I have as post workout meal which would be my first meal of the day? I read it's best to eat a solid breakfast. Would egg whites and a tablespoon of p.butter be good for post workout?

I've decided to cut the morning coffee and take a stacker 2 before I do cardio. I use the coffee for energy, so it is just as effective if not more to take a stacker 2.

I spend so much time reading these forums, it's amazing how much I've learned. You guys are the best

Yep...post cardio...egg whites and peanut butter....or add the yolks for fat.

Make sure you're getting your carbs in a later meal though...don't want your calories too low.

    And definitely do 1.5 scoops
