Natural Peanut Butter - Idiot's Question

Just bought my first Natural Peanut Butter (and safflower mayo, which is not bad.)

The peanut butter has a pool of oil at the top. What do I do with this? Drain it? stir it into the PB?

I know this is a lame question, but I appreciate the help.

Stir it into the peanut butter. That oil is the high quality good fats that your body needs! After stirring it throw it into the fridge, the oil will not seperate as readily and you won't have to mix as often.

No worries...make sure to stir it into the PB otherwise you'll lose a lot of the good fats and also the PB will be VERY hard and clumpy near the bottom if you don't mix the oil. I also agree...it won't separate as much after you stir it in if you refridgerate it.
