    Heavy (35%) Whipping Cream

I know it's been posted before but I haven't been able to find it...:

What is the nutritional breakdown of 35% Heavy Whipping Cream in terms of fat, protein, and carbs?

    Thanks

Thx...that's about what I thought but I definately didn't want to underestimate it and add too much to the shakes.

For someone about 14% BF at about 185-190lbs.....what do you think....1.5 Scoops Optimum (33P) with 5 Strawberries and 2 Tbsp Cream?? Is that what is the norm...I'm trying this for the first time after hearing sooo much positive feedback....took me a while but I'm gonna give it a try.

I'm cutting btw. Also if I am bulking....would 4Tbsp be too much?

2 tbsp would be the minimum (assuming no other fat source in the meal)...3 could be used bulk or cut depending on tweaks, BW, and total meal composition (and overall calories) ...and 4 would be ok for bulk...again, assuming it fits in w/ goals, BW, overal calories, etc.

DP...sadly tosay...I failed this time around....the cut didn't proceed on the 'timeline' I had planned which left me 6 weeks out and not where I wanted to be. Needless to say I'll have to wait until our show next year. Sucks since we only have 1 per year here in NS.

I love to do the Musclemania in TO in July...could be ready for it BUT I have a 'cruise planned for June which has taken priority I guess.

Thanks for remembering it though...shows you guys pay attention

I'm going to go with 3T if it's my meal or 2T if I'm having it with Tuna or eggs/egg whites.

    Thx again.

Keep in mind dairy products are produced and distributed regionally...since I live in Nova Scotia (Canada??)..jk...the product is 'Scotsburn' which is only available in the Maritimes.
