2:30 PREWORKOUT
turkey n cheese sandwhich on wheat
Processed meats are a no no as well as bread. Instead have a can of Tuna (no bread) 1 T. Full Fat Mayo and a veggie
4:00
protein shake
glutamine
1.5 cups of rice
piece of fruit
ly Slow burning carbs, because you want to stay away from an insulin spike. So get rid of the white rice and fruit and have your Potein Powder with 1 T. Flax Oil or 3 T. Heavy Cream and some berries instead
6:00
chicken breast
1/2 cup of rice
2 large glasses of skim milk
Again get rid of the milk and get plenty of water. Your rice should be 3/4 C. of Brown Rice instaed and also a fat source is needed. How bout a salad with Olive Oil & Vinegar on it.
8:00
1-2cups cottage cheese
turkey or chicken breast
Need some veggies and a fat source here
10:30
protein shake
Again a fat source is needed to slow down digestion
