    How do I convert calories to grams?
    if it dont hurt, it didnt work

    Multiply by Pi and then divide by the square root of the speed of time.

    4cals= 1g of protein
    4cals= 1g carbs
    9cals= 1g fat

    Or alternatively, just use this common guide:

    1g protein = 4 kcals.
    1g carbohydrate = 4kcals.
    1g fat = 9kcals.
