are citrus fruits-oranges and grapefruits-counter productive to fat loss?

i've been eating oranges like 4 a day and a whole grapefruit a day for the past 2 weeks. Is this bad for fat loss? I've noticed that my running routine isn't having the same effect as before, but this might be because i'm not on fat loss supps anymore. Is too much fruit not good?

I think that sugar in general is bad for fat loss.

A little fruit is good but like 5 pieces is overdoing it a bit.

well, you would be much better off eating protein late at night rather than sugar.

well....obviously the fruit is better than PB sandwiches but a much better alternative would be some protein and fat and maybe 1 piece of fruit...other snacking you 'think' you need should be protein as much as possible.
