I have heard that before, but the problem i see with eating so much broccolia is:

    1. To get 100 cals from broccoli, you have to eat tons of broccoli(its mostly fiber).
    2. I'd be afraid to crap my pants on stage.
    3. If you need to burn 50 cals, why not just eat 50 cals less during the day? Thats like one bite of chicken less or something.

It would take, about 2.25 cups of brocolli (@22 cal per 1/2 cup serving) to account for 100 cals...which really isn't too much. But the "negative calorie" theory isn't one of any substantial value from what I understand. Then again, I could be wrong...and I don't compete...yet.
