Im reading all these stickies,
And cant decide what diet to do to help me.
My goal is to get a body fat of about 12.5-15% And to build muscle and lose fat.
Currently going to the gym 5 days a week, mon-fri for aproximatly 2 and a half hours.
Doing about 40-1hour doing cardio And the rest on weights.
Im currently 10 and a half stone, which is about 66KG i believe.
And im 5 foot 7.
could anybody give me some advice on which diet i should attempt?

Honestly, most diet plans work, you just have to stick to it. They all create a caloric deficit one way or another. It's a matter of what you prefer. I personally will never put someone on a keto diet, but some guys love it and that's ok if it works for them.
