Newmans Own

From reading alot of Journal's I notice that alot of people use Newmans's Own Salad Dressing. I just bought some to give it a try, good stuff! I was looking at the labels, as I am starting to become a sugar freak! and noticed that the only kind that didn't label any sugar was the oil and Vinegar.

Where as the other flavours do have sugar in them. I guess my question is should I be concerned about the sugar content or is it only a miniscul(sp?) amount.

Balsamic Vinegrette and Cesear only have like 1 gram of sugar. These are ok as well. Regualr flavored dressings can have 5-15grams of sugar, esp "fat free" ones

w8...maybe it's a Cdn thing b/c all the Newman's dressings around here have no nutritional labels....which begs the question (since I have never used any of them)...which flavors are ok..as in low in sugar?

Searching for the right balance...
