What do y'all think of this nighttime method? Is it a good idea? Any other supplements you suggest adding to the mix? What about that NAC stuff...any good?

1 packet of your favorite MRP

1 C milk - I prefer skim, but its up to you.

    25-30g of Whey Isolate

    5-10g Glutamine

    500mg of NAC

16-20oz of water throughout the night.
I'm not down with the MRP, the sugar in milk although casein is good, and DEFINATELY NOT the water t/o the night

That's a recipe for lower GH, and less sleep (cuz of urinations), Sleep outweighs any of that for growth and recovery. (repair)

Better is 30-50 grams of protein, food or powder, 10-20 grams of fat, fiber if you can...all depending on goals/BW....30-45 minutes before bed ....glutamine is optional...and can be taken right before bed (better 45 minutes after a shake on an empty stomach, dry or with a bit of water...the NAC is a good supp, but not necessary..better used for liver detox, antioxidant value, and glutathione production,,,,taken anytime during the day w/o food.....this also comes in time released (even better)
